At any point in our lives, both before and after birth, we can have negative feelings that get trapped by the subconscious and show up later as an underlying imbalance to emotional or physical distress. These are considered trapped emotions.
What is a Heart-Wall?
A Heart-Wall is created by the subconscious when it seeks to protect the heart from intense emotional pain, in a time of emotional distress. The subconscious will pull pre-existing trapped emotions and create a wall around the heart. Heart-Walls have anywhere from 5 to 25 trapped emotions (with some exceptions, of course).
How do I know if I have a Heart-Wall?
If you feel disconnected from others, lonely, sad, anxious, and unmotivated, you may have a Heart-Wall. Neck or shoulder discomfort may also indicate a Heart-Wall. The simplest way is to ask your subconscious and muscle test for the answer.
How long does it take to clear a Heart-Wall?
Each client and each session is different. For example, in my own Heart-Wall sessions, I released ten trapped Heart-Wall emotions and my subconscious indicated that it would be ready for another Heart-Wall session in four days, where I released ten more trapped Heart-Wall emotions. However, after that session, my subconscious indicated that it needed ten days in between sessions, and in that third session, I was only able to release six trapped Heart-Wall emotions. In all, it took me a little over one month to fully release my Heart-Wall and I had 27 trapped Heart-Wall emotions.
Why should I clear my Heart-Wall?
Clearing one’s Heart-Wall is one of the many steps a person can take in their healing journey. Occasionally, a trapped Heart-Wall emotion will emerge in a body code session as an underlying imbalance. Other times, the client can consciously or subconsciously decide that they want to clear their Heart-Wall. When the wall is formed, it serves a protective purpose. But, once the distressing situation has passed, a Heart-Wall can hinder a person’s growth and connection to themselves and others. This disconnection can leave a person feeling lost and detached from their lives and the people in it. Like all other healing through the Emotion Code and Body Code, clearing a Heart-Wall has subtle, but permanent effects, leaving clients feeling more emotionally open and present.
What if I still need my Heart-Wall?
If you are unsure, we will ask your subconscious and muscle test the answer. Your subconscious will know whether you still need its protection or if it’s no longer serving you.
If you think you have a Heart-Wall and would like to have it released, or if you're interested in learning more, book a session!
