Privacy Policy

Third Generation Healing provides a form of energy healing designed to help release trapped emotions and trapped energy in order to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and promote overall well-being. This work is intended to help clients live life to the fullest.

Clients may share as much or as little personal information as they choose. Sessions are not intended to bring up painful emotions, re-traumatize clients, or require reliving past trauma.

One modality used may include The Emotion Code and The Body Code, a noninvasive energy healing technique that identifies and releases trapped energy using muscle testing and magnetic energy. Clients understand that results vary and are not guaranteed.

Scope of Practice & Service Limitations

I understand and acknowledge that:

Third Generation Healing does not practice medicine, psychology, psychotherapy, counseling, or behavioral health services.
Services provided are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health care.
No medical diagnosis, prognosis, prescription, or treatment is offered.
Energy healing is not a lie detector and will not be used to uncover repressed memories or past experiences.

If I experience a medical or mental health emergency, I understand I will be referred to a licensed medical or mental health professional or emergency services, and energy healing may resume only once I am stable.

Seeking & Following Professional Medical Advice

I acknowledge that I am encouraged to seek care from licensed medical and mental health professionals as needed. I agree to follow the advice of my licensed providers and understand that Third Generation Healing cannot be held liable if I choose not to seek or follow professional medical or mental health advice.

Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

I understand that energy healing is a personal process and that I am fully responsible for my own health, well-being, decisions, and actions.

I acknowledge that I may experience physical sensations, emotional shifts, fatigue, or temporary discomfort as part of the healing process. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participating in energy healing sessions.

If magnets or energetic tools are used, I confirm that I have disclosed any implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers) and understand the associated risks.

Fees, Payment & Cancellation Policy

All fees must be paid in full prior to receiving services.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged in full.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All sessions are treated as confidential. However, I understand that energy healing is not legally privileged, and confidentiality may be limited in the following circumstances:

If disclosure is required by law, court order, or subpoena
If there is reasonable suspicion of imminent harm to myself or others
If required to prevent serious harm
If I provide written authorization allowing collaboration or communication with other practitioners

I may sign a separate release authorizing communication between Third Generation Healing and other professionals I work with.

Notice of Privacy Practices

I acknowledge that I have received the Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) and understand how my personal information may be used and disclosed. I understand that electronic communication platforms (including videoconferencing software) may have limited access to my information and that reasonable safeguards are used to protect my privacy.

Liability Waiver & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Third Generation Healing and its practitioner(s) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, loss, or damage, whether perceived or actual, arising from my participation in energy healing services.

I agree not to sue or hold Third Generation Healing liable for any outcomes related to my participation.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Third Generation Healing from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my actions or decisions resulting from participation in energy healing services, including harm caused to myself or others.

Termination of Services

Either the client or Third Generation Healing may terminate services at any time, without retribution or penalty, subject to payment policies.
